HOUTTUIN B.V. has an After Sales and Service Department in Utrecht.

The objectives of this department are: 

• To settle guarantee claims
• To settle complaints about the functioning of the pump within the guarantee period.
• To install the pump(s) with the customers according the HOUTTUIN B.V. “Installation and Commissioning Contract”.

Usually this work will be executed and coordinated by this Service Department.

• To deliver spare parts for repair and overhaul purposes.
• To send service-engineers world wide for service or maintenance jobs on request.

Note:       Spare parts delivered or used for repair in house by this department are

                  guaranteed and made according HOUTTUIN’s original drawings and

                  manufacturing standards.
